As many of you know, on November 25, 2012, I said to myself,
"I wonder what will happen…" and published Twilantia on Amazon for
the Kindle. I didn't know if the book
would do well, or not. I figured if it flopped, then that would be it and I
would go on to something else. That was
just over 2 months ago.
Now, Twilantia: The Making of King has sold almost 1,000
copies (at the time of this writing, 961) and is still going strong. I'm amazed by it and really want to make sure
that my readers get a superior product in both this book, part one and
subsequent books. I am in the process of
going back through part one and double checking the double check for grammar
errors. I'm also going to be adding some
maps of the areas of the story that are important to it.
At the same time, I'm working on Part Two. However, I am not sure if I'll be able to get
it released by the end of February now.
I'm thinking March.
I don't want to lower the expectation of the reader by
giving a substandard product. If you buy
a Whopper, you want a Whopper. If you
open that bag and get a Double Cheeseburger, it's just not right…
